2nd Gen. Front & Rear Wheel Hub Bearing Assembly – HUB II
HUB II front and rear wheel hub bearing assembly is a kind of high rigidity car bearing. They have the same configurations as HUB I – double row ball and double row tapered roller. However, HUB II comes with a flanged outer ring and different rotation types:
- Outer ring rotation type for non-driven wheels: Mount the wheels and brake disks on the flange, meanwhile, insert spindle into the bearing bore and tighten the nuts.
- Inner ring rotation type for non-driven wheels: Fix the assembly flange to the car body and press the hub spindle into the bearing bore, then fix them with nuts.
- Inner ring rotation type for driven wheels: The flange is fixed to the axle housing, the wheel hub and drive shaft are engaged to the inner ring.
Furthermore, multi-pole magnetic encoder for ABS is optional, and their axial clearance is pre-set.

3rd Gen. Front & Rear Wheel Hub Bearing Assembly – HUB III

HUB III front and rear wheel hub bearing assembly configuration has only ball type. And, their inner and outer rings both have flanges. They as well have several rotation types:
- Outer ring rotation type for non-driven wheels: Mount the wheels and brake disks on the outer ring flange, meanwhile, fix the inner ring flange to the car body. With pre-adjusted preload.
- Inner ring rotation type for non-driven wheels: The wheels and brake disks are mounted on the inner ring flange, mount the outer ring flange on the car body. With pre-adjusted preload.
- Inner ring rotation type for driven wheels: The wheels and brake disks are mounted on the inner ring flange, fix the outer ring flange to the axle housing. With pre-set axial clearance.
Besides, HUB III could be with integral active and passive ABS sensor.
