Supplier Qualification & Audit
We work only with ISO / IATF certified manufacturers and regularly review based on production stability, quality systems, and historical performance.
Unified Quality Standards
Axis defines and controls unified quality standards on basis of application requirements, not left to individual factories.
Process Monitoring & Testing
We inspect not only finished bearings, but also components in key processes, including material, heat treatment, grinding, and assembly. Any deviation triggers immediate rework or correction.
Pre-shipment Verification & Release
No shipment is released without verification against Axis standards, including appearance, accuracy, hardness, clearance and documentation.
Accountability Beyond Delivery
Our responsibility does not end at shipment. In the event of quality issues, we provide structured root-cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and responsive after-sales handling.
