Axis built their own in-house bearing testing center, equipped with cutting-edge and extensive testing equipments. It guarantees that each truck or car bearing from Axis is in compliance with the highest quality standard, and each batch of products keeps the same quality.

Material, as the most essential part of the bearing, has the significant impact to the bearings’ carryting capacity and service life. Axis ensures it is approval through the most advanced equipment.

Inernal flaw, for instance, cracks, cannot be found visually from surface, but it will seriously affect the bearings’ service life. Axis leverages ultrasonic detecter to filter the defective products. This situation generally happens to the middle to large size of bearings.

Hardness determines the carrying capacity and wear resistance performance of the bearings. Axis guarantees each bearing achieves the international standards.

Axis inspects the dimensional tolerance and clearance in our standard inspection center through extensive devices.

The noise & vibration precision testings are done in our precision testing lab by our cutting-edge testing equipments.
